FUN 30 minute class for mom & child (age 2 or 3 to age 9 is best). Class theme will vary but will include either characters, animals or stories with yoga poses to keep the children entertained. Poses will not be held too long because of the attention span of the children. They don't have to fully participate, it will take practice. But from experience, they'll have a blast!

Yoga Classes with Amanda Wheeler:

My classes are 1 1/2 hours long. They begin with centering and breath awareness. The bulk of the class consists of asanas (postures), which vary in intensity depending on the theme of the class. Each class integrates the science of bio-mechanical alignment, the art of inner body awareness and a celebration of the heart. Students are encouraged to explore the benefits of yoga in a lighthearted way. They are reminded that you don't have to tie yourself up in knots to access your inner beauty...you begin with the first step-opening to possibility, and expand from there.

Yoga Beginners is a 1 hour informative, alignment & posture based class for men and women of any level, covering basic poses with greater detail to feel what muscles and areas can benefit from each posture. Props encouraged! Modifications are available for your body, don't be afraid to ask. This is a non judgmental & all-inclusive wellness program meant to help everyone at any stage of life. Focus will be on proper techniques & alignment to safely perform postures at home or in any other yoga class with maximum benefit. Poses will be held to gain muscle endurance & memory; and class will include a lot of valuable information that you don't want to miss :D. Multi-session cards available.

Yoga TRIM is a 1 hour expertly taught, yogahour style, flow form class with specific & clear alignment instructions for the fit beginner, intermediate and advanced students. Increase your strength & cardio. Props are welcome to ensure proper alignment is accessible; class will focus on strengthening and alignment while ACTIVELY stretching muscles thus creating balanced strength and stretch throughout the body. This would be a step up from the Beginner class. Multi-session cards available.

With my Master's certification complete, I am ready and excited to help you enhance mind & body wellness! We will focus on proper breathing techniques and postures that your body needs.

1 hour sessions are recommended along with a brief email, text or phone consult before the first session to set a plan of action. After at least 2 full one hour sessions, a customized picture sequence will be made specifically for you to use at home or on the go.


Mobility, pain, flexibility, stress, anxiety, depression, sleep, strength, whatever it is...you and I can create a plan of breathing techniques, postures, deep relaxation, essential oils, massage and more.

YogaFaith begins with Bible scripture and/or prayer, breath work, occasional yoga nidra, and physical postures for alignment, toning, strengthening and stretching. Style of class varies each week according to the theme. All music is christian music with or without lyrics. This yoga class is fit for any level of students. Anyone & everyone is welcome.
